halton regional police have charged an etobicoke man with sexual assault.
on june 16 at about 5:15 p.m., police said a woman was in the south parking lot of the burlington go station when she was approached by the accused and allegedly sexually assaulted.
the woman immediately left the area, but was followed by the accused. police alleged that the suspect sexually assaulted the woman a second time.
the woman did not suffer any physical injuries.
mandeep singh, 25, of etobicoke, was arrested on sunday and charged him with two counts of sexual assault. he was held in custody pending a bail hearing in milton.
at the time of the incident, the accused was employed as an uber driver and investigators believe there may be additional victims.

aurora man accused of driving through playground
an aurora man is facing two charges after allegedly driving his car through a busy ajax park earlier this month.
on july 18, durham regional police alleged the accused was driving his toyota sedan through rotary park on lake driveway w. at about 6:30 p.m. cops alleged that the suspect drove through the playground, splash pad and walking paths, which were filled with pedestrians, including young children.
no injuries were reported.
officers located the vehicle in the westney rd.-bayly st. area and attempted to stop the vehicle. the driver allegedly fled from police.
officers located the suspect vehicle again at bayly and harwood ave. s. and attempted to block the vehicle from fleeing. the suspect allegedly tried to evade police, resulting in the vehicle colliding with an suv before officers took the suspect into custody.
