a severed fibreoptic cable that triggered a major it blackout and caused health authorities to urge the public to avoid the emergency room of laval's cité de la santé hospital on monday evening has been resolved, the cisss de laval announced tuesday morning.in a post on its facebook page, the health authority said all services have been re-established but added that appointments that were rescheduled because of the outage would remain so.the cable break, which remains under investigation, disrupted services at the laval outpatient services centre, the child and youth protection centre and rehabilitation centre for youth with adjustment difficulties, the jewish rehabilitation hospital, the louise-vachon residence and the ste-rose clsc.
