like spider-man’s identity, tom holland and zendaya’s marriage was shrouded in secrecy.
the spider-man: brand new day co-stars privately married months ago and celebrated the union this week with a private reception at the beaverbrook hotel in surrey, england, not far from holland’s hometown of kingston upon thames, tmz reported.
the american celebrity gossip site said that the couple married earlier this year and formally celebrated the union with friends and family at the swanky hotel on tuesday.
wedding rings sported in public
in photos circulating on social media, holland, 30, was spotted sporting a wedding ring while strolling around london with zendaya and their two dogs, phil and noon.
it’s the first time that the odyssey star was photographed wearing the ring. zendaya has been wearing her wedding ring with her engagement ring since march, people reported.
zendaya had a shorter hairstyle in the photos, while wearing an oversized white t-shirt and blue jeans. holland was decked out in a blue shirt that read “thank you for being a friend” with dark trousers.
a source told people that there was a “very natural theme to the wedding,” stating that holland’s three brothers, sam, harry and paddy, attended, wearing black tuxedos with wildflowers tucked into their jackets.
not-so secret marriage
to much speculation, holland confirmed the marriage in june, telling esquire that his relatives weren’t fooled by fake ai-generated wedding photos because “they were all there” at the ceremony.
he has also publicly called zendaya his “wife,” most notably during a july 28 appearance on late night with seth meyers.
speculation that the wedding happened was sparked earlier this year when zendaya’s stylist, law roach, claimed the nuptials “already happened,” telling access hollywood that, “you missed it.”

the euphoria star hasn’t publicly addressed the marriage, although she shut down a fan who asked her to marry him during a july 20 spider-man: brand new day press event in mexico by stating, “you’re too late.”
the couple met on set while filming spider-man: homecoming in 2016. holland and zendaya’s relationship was seemingly confirmed in july 2021 after being photographed kissing in a car, per people.
their engagement was made public in january 2025 after zendaya sported a large diamond ring while attending the golden globes.
